Please read our full terms and conditions carefully before using the bdru platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and us.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdru platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By using the bdru website, mobile application, or any related services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms and conditions.
bdru is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, sports betting, and various other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all matters related to bdru rules and conditions.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all bdru products, services, and promotions. Separate terms may exist for specific games or promotions, which will apply alongside the general terms. In case of any conflict, the specific terms will take precedence over the general terms.
1.2 Language of Terms
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and will be considered the primary document. Any translation into another language is for convenience only, and the Bengali version holds final authority.
Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the services on the bdru platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
2.1 Age Requirement
bdru services are for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. bdru may request a copy of valid identification for age verification at any time. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one bdru account. If the same person creates multiple accounts (using the same or different names, email addresses, or information), all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.
- Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.
- If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, this must be reported.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
bdru primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to access some services. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations.
Account Management
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security and proper use of your bdru account.
3.1 Password and Security
Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify bdru support immediately.
3.2 Updating Information
The information provided in your account must always be kept accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your name, address, email, or payment details, update them as soon as possible. bdru will not be responsible for delays in withdrawals caused by incorrect or outdated information.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate an account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bdru supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh and ensures secure transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bdru currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. New methods may be added in the future.
4.2 Deposit Limits and Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Ensure correct account details when depositing — bdru is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
- bdru reserves the right to verify any suspicious deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit (where applicable).
- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be partially or fully held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdru offers various bonus and promotional offers for its users. Each offer has its own terms and complying with them is mandatory.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. The combined total of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x) before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20x (combined total of original deposit and bonus).
- The time limit to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is awarded.
- All slot games contribute toward completing the wagering requirement; a different percentage may apply for live casino games.
- If the requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 Promotion Abuse
If bdru determines that a user is abusing the bonus system (multiple accounts, collusion, bonus hunting, etc.), bdru reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
5.4 VIP Program
Regular players can participate in the bdru VIP program. This program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and is determined at bdru's discretion. VIP benefits apply to active members only.
Gaming Policy
All games on bdru are operated according to fair play principles. Our game providers are internationally recognized and their games are regularly tested by third parties.
6.1 Fair Play and Random Number Generator
All games on bdru use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which makes every result completely random and impartial. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.
6.2 Game Providers
bdru works in partnership with many world-renowned game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. Game providers are subject to change.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bdru reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a technical error in any game produces an abnormal result, bdru reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. Winnings resulting from an error will not be honored.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdru platform and immediate action will be taken if they are detected:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.
- Using fraudulent or fake payment information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Attempting to breach bdru systems or security measures.
- Using a third-party credit card or bank account.
- Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another user.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in bdru.
Limitation of Liability
bdru takes all reasonable measures to provide a safe and reliable service. However, bdru will not be liable in the following cases:
- Issues with third-party game software or payment gateways.
- Losses caused by internet connection interruptions.
- Losses caused by user negligence or error.
- Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseen events.
- Service suspension due to government restrictions or legal reasons.
8.1 Liability for Possible Losses
bdru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Where applicable, bdru's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the bdru website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bdru or its licensors.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from bdru is prohibited.
- Viewing and downloading content for personal and non-commercial use is permitted.
- bdru's trademarks or brand name may not be used without permission.
Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Collection & Use
bdru collects necessary data from registration, transactions, and gaming activities. This data is used for service improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. bdru keeps data secure using SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies.
10.2 Cookie Policy
bdru uses cookies to improve the website user experience. Cookies can be controlled in browser settings, however disabling cookies may cause some services to not function properly.
Account Suspension or Closure
11.1 Closure at User's Initiative
You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure there are no pending withdrawals. If bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will not be returned, however the original deposited funds will be returned after verification.
11.2 Closure at bdru's Initiative
In the event of a terms violation, bdru reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, details will be communicated by email. There will be an opportunity to appeal the decision.
11.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)

Changes to Terms
bdru reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.
